Who is responsible?

NordicCardEvents is privately operated by gln75.ai, which is the data controller for personal information processed in connection with this website.

What we log

We use Vercel Web Analytics for aggregated visitor statistics, including page views, referrer, approximate location (country, region and city), browser and device type. Analytics does not use cookies. We remove query parameters and fragments from the page URL before sending analytics events and omit unknown pages. Vercel also processes technical request data, including IP addresses, for operation, security and troubleshooting. This also applies to calendar-feed requests. Retention and processing locations depend on the Vercel service; analytics and technical logs are separate datasets.

What we do not do

We have no user accounts or contact forms and set no language or tracking cookies. The URL determines your language. We do not sell visitor data. A calendar subscription creates no profile with us, but your calendar app makes ordinary HTTP requests to the ICS feed.

Email

If you email us, we process your email address and message content to handle your enquiry and respond. Email is stored in a Domeneshop mailbox. Our deletion policy is to delete resolved enquiries when follow-up is no longer needed, normally no later than 90 days after the matter is closed. A specific legal obligation or an ongoing dispute may require longer retention. Contacting us is optional. Please do not send sensitive personal information.

Your rights

You can contact us about personal information, access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection where the right applies. We have no user profiles and normally cannot identify you in aggregated visitor statistics. You can complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority or the supervisory authority where you live.

Changes

We update this information when data processing changes and show the date below. Material changes will be clearly announced on the website.
